I am a UX Researcher with a PhD and experience across academia, geospatial, AI, and civic products. Led the research behind Maryland’s integrated benefits application, which cut application time from 80 to 28 minutes. Currently manage 3 researchers and prototypes directly when research is blocked. I spearheaded our organizations UX AI workgroup where we lead UX AI experiments and guidelines.
